Like most website operators, SavioSacco.com collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. SavioSacco.com’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how SavioSacco.com’s visitors use its website. From time to time, SavioSacco.com may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
SavioSacco.com does not directly ask for Personally Identifying Information (PII). However, due to its web hosting services, SavioSacco.com gets to be the data processor for a number of companies which may, in turn request such information from their clients. Such companies would in turn be governed by their own individual privacy policies. SavioSacco.com limits itself to storing such information for such clients and does not access this information, let alone sell it or use for any purposes other than those required by the owners of the websites/web services. An example of such purposes would be maintenance.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
SavioSacco.com discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on SavioSacco.com’s behalf or to provide services available at SavioSacco.com’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using SavioSacco.com’s services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. SavioSacco.com will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. If SavioSacco.com, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that SavioSacco.com closes down, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of SavioSacco.com may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Backups and Security
How long we keep your data
SavioSacco.com will keep the data as long as website/data hosting agreement is active with one of its clients and will delete such data as soon as the agreement is terminated or else asked to do so by the web hosting client themselves.
SavioSacco.com may include links to other sites such as product suppliers. We do not have control of what such sites do with your data and such sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request (through the company that originally requested the information) to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. You can do this by sending an email to such company using their Contact page. We cannot access/edit/delete data gathered through our clients’ websites unless explicitly asked to do so by such clients. Most of these sites have mechanisms that would allow them to do such actions without having to request SavioSacco.com’s intervention.
